What Happens During a Time-Out
During an active Time-Out period, you will not be able to log in to your betpkr account, place bets, access games, or make deposits. Any pending withdrawal requests that were in progress before you activated the Time-Out will continue to be processed normally — your funds are safe. betpkr will not send you any promotional or marketing communications during your Time-Out period.
Ending a Time-Out Early
Time-Out periods of 24 hours and 7 days can be cancelled early by contacting our support team, subject to a mandatory 24-hour reconsideration period. The 30-day Time-Out cannot be cancelled early and will run for its full duration. When a finite self-exclusion period expires, betpkr will not automatically reactivate your account. You must actively contact our support team to request reinstatement, and there is a mandatory 7-day reflection period before access is restored. betpkr may also request confirmation that you have engaged with a problem gambling support service before reinstating your account.
