By accessing betpkr through any device, browser, or application — and by registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming a bonus — you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the betpkr platform regardless of how they access the service, including via desktop browsers, mobile browsers on Android or iOS devices, or any future betpkr application. Governing Language

Access to and use of betpkr is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an active betpkr account.
• You are accessing betpkr from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by the laws applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a betpkr employee or affiliate, unless betpkr has given its express prior written consent.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from betpkr or had a betpkr account permanently closed for violations of these terms.

Age Verification

betpkr employs a strict Know Your Customer (KYC) process to verify the age and identity of all players. Before processing any withdrawal, betpkr may require users to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Accepted documents include National ID Cards, Passports, and Driver's Licences issued by Bangladeshi authorities.

Registration Requirements

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your betpkr login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. betpkr will never request your password through any communication channel including email, live chat, or social media. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to betpkr support immediately via [email protected].

One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) betpkr account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances and pending withdrawals.

Account Verification (KYC)

betpkr operates a thorough Know Your Customer process in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be requested to complete identity verification at any stage of their relationship with betpkr, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or when betpkr has reasonable grounds to review an account. Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on betpkr is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your betpkr account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to process depending on your bank's processing times. betpkr does not charge any fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances. betpkr reserves the right to return any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the account holder and to close the account if third-party funding is identified.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals on betpkr are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification; players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to process withdrawals until verification is complete.

Processing times for withdrawals are as follows:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically within 2 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving bank
• Visa / Mastercard: 3 to 5 business days

betpkr reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. In cases where an account is under review, funds will be held securely until the review is complete.

Currency & Conversion

All transactions on betpkr are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). betpkr does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals. No currency conversion fees are applied by betpkr on standard BDT transactions.

betpkr offers a variety of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this section, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between general and specific terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a betpkr account are subject to wagering requirements before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means that the total bonus amount must be wagered 30 times before a withdrawal request can be made from the associated balance.

Eligible Games

Not all games on betpkr contribute equally to meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of each bet towards wagering, while live casino games, table games, and sports bets may contribute a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms page.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses are subject to an expiry period. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not met within the specified time limit, both the bonus funds and any winnings accumulated from those bonus funds will be removed from the account automatically. The expiry period for each bonus is specified in its individual promotion terms.

Bonus Abuse

betpkr has a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play intent, and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. Any player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended and all associated bonuses and winnings forfeited.

Promotional Changes

betpkr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. betpkr also reserves the right to refuse or cancel a player's participation in any promotion if betpkr has reasonable grounds to believe the player has violated these terms or the specific terms of the promotion in question.

As a registered user of betpkr, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with these terms, all applicable laws, and any guidelines published by betpkr from time to time. You accept full personal responsibility for all activity conducted through your betpkr account.

You Must Not:

• Use the betpkr platform for any unlawful purpose, or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms & Conditions.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the betpkr platform, its systems, servers, or databases.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any other artificial means to interact with the betpkr platform, manipulate game outcomes, or exploit betting markets.
• Engage in collusion with other players to manipulate game results or betting outcomes.
• Use the platform to facilitate or conduct any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Deposit funds derived from illegal activity into your betpkr account.
• Exploit any software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for personal gain. Any player who discovers a bug must report it to betpkr support immediately without exploiting it.
• Engage in any form of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes without first attempting to resolve the matter through betpkr's official customer support channels.
• Register a betpkr account if you are a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Allow any person under 18 years of age to access or use your betpkr account.

Responsible Use of Information

betpkr's platform, content, odds data, game information, and all intellectual property contained therein are the property of betpkr and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the betpkr platform without prior written consent from betpkr.

betpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including but not limited to chargebacks, identity fraud, or payment fraud.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Suspected or confirmed use of automated software, bots, or cheating tools.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.
• Behaviour that betpkr determines to be abusive, threatening, or harmful to other players or betpkr staff.
• At the player's own request under self-exclusion or responsible gaming provisions.

Closure by Player Request

Players wishing to close their betpkr account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting betpkr customer support via email at [email protected]. Upon receiving a closure request, betpkr will process any pending withdrawal of verified funds to the player's registered payment method before deactivating the account. Bonus funds and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need a break from gambling may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion by contacting betpkr support. Effect of Closure on Funds

Upon account closure due to a verified terms violation, betpkr reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a violation, balances may be forfeited in full. Where no violation is confirmed, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

betpkr provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While betpkr takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous availability, security, and accuracy of its platform, betpkr cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the service at all times.

Platform Availability

betpkr shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance downtime, technical failures, network outages, server errors, or any other interruption to service availability beyond betpkr's reasonable control. betpkr will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible following any unplanned outage.

Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or sporting event — including but not limited to software errors, disconnections, or data feed failures — betpkr reserves the right to void any affected bets or wagers and return the staked amounts to the relevant player accounts. betpkr's decision in such matters is final. No liability shall attach to betpkr for any perceived or actual loss arising from a technical malfunction.

Third-Party Content

The betpkr platform includes games and services provided by third-party software providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Hacksaw Gaming, among others. betpkr is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or interruptions originating from third-party game engines or data providers, though betpkr will always endeavour to resolve such issues promptly on behalf of its players.

Player Decisions

betpkr provides its betting and gaming services as a form of entertainment. betpkr is not responsible for the financial consequences of a player's individual betting or gaming decisions. Players acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that losses are a natural and foreseeable outcome of gaming activity. betpkr strongly encourages all players to set personal deposit and loss limits and to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on the platform.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpkr's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their betpkr account in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
